EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only for incorrect items. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp 0704198685 or email info@duodesk.co.ke. Items must be unused and in original condition.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All orders are carefully inspected prior to dispatch, and all sales are considered final. Returns for damaged or defective items are not accepted.
